Carlos holds a MBA in Management and Sports Marketing. He Is a qualified coach under the Brazialin Football Federation and has attended the Universidade Do Football in São Paulo.

Carlos has 16 years experience in sports management and sporting events, leading multidisciplinary teams. He will lead the UDA recruitment operation in Brazil. 
Excellent communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
