THE UDA football ACADEMY at GLOUCESTERSHIRE
The UDA programme offers the opportunity to be trained by professional, UEFA "A" licensed coaches with year-round playing in a competitive schedule of games for your development. Additionally, the programme gives you exposure to professional visiting coaches from the English leagues to help you further develop and reach your optimal playing potential.
The programme is designed to match the top level European development academies that offer a balance of training to game ratios that have produced top players in Europe. The focus is on your development as a player, a person, and a future graduate with multiple pathways into the game.

COACH IN RESIDENCE & VISITING COACH PROGRAMmeUDA has established a coach in residence and visiting coach programme where students will be exposed to coaches across the professional game in the UK.

YEAR ROUND TRAINING AND PLAYINGThe UDA model mirrors the top European academies for player development through the training and game play schedule. The focus is on true player development during the critical years of 18-21.
UDA also provides opportunities for students to earn an English FA coaching and or referee licence. |

UDA employs a Student Support Officer to make sure all students are connected at all levels and fully engaged in the life of the University for optimal achievement in the classroom and on the field. |
